The Executive Producer and Host of the House P. I. is Reggie Marston. Reggie is a long time resident of the Northern Virginia area, residing in Springfield, VA. Reggie has over 37 years experience in residential construction and home inspections, with hundreds of homes built and thousands of home inspected throughout Northern VA, Maryland, the District of Columbia, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire.

Reggie is a Virginia Certified home inspector and licensed home inspector in Maryland. Reggie is Past President of the Northern Virginia Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors (NOVAASHI) www.novaashi.org, and Past Treasurer of the Virginia Association of Real Estate Inspectors, (VAREI) www.varei.org. Reggie is a Board Member for the Asbestos, Lead, Mold and Home Inspector Board at the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation, (DPOR).

Reggie was the original House Detective on the HGTV show “The House Detective” and filmed over 36 shows throughout the Washington D. C. area. Reggie is regularly quoted in major publications throughout the country on residential construction, home inspection, and housing issues.
